Kyu Uchida-ke Residence (the farmer house of the Uchida family) was built in the present-day Nakamura district of Nerima city in the late 1880s. Parts of the house were build using old materials from the Edo period. The house was disassembled and studied in 2007, and in 2010, it was moved to the current location and was reconstructed as it stood in the early Showa era. It has since been used as an outdoor facility of the Nerima Shakujiikoen Furusato Museum.
