About Nerima Art Museum
The Nerima Art Museum has been holding various exhibitions with an innovative perspective and approach especially on Japanese modern art since its opening on October 1, 1985.
Along with our main duties of collecting, preserving, researching and exhibiting the art works, the museum also expands educational programs, such as gallery talks by curators and artists, various lectures to learn about art techniques and knowledge, and musical concerts in the main hall.
As a public museum, some of our facilities are offered to the Nerima city residents to create and exhibit their artworks.
We hope that our museum will be loved by more and more residents and art fans, hoping that the Nerima city residents feel proud of the museum.
